Wireless Thermostats consist of 2 components - the Transmitter and Receiver. The transmitter is the thermostat and can be wall mount or hand held remote. The hand held remote version can be moved from Room to Room. The receiver is located at the equipment to be controlled and responds to a RF Control Signal. Wireless Thermostats simplify thermostat installation in add-on zone damper applications. Wireless Thermostats eliminate the need to run thermostat wiring when changing thermostat location for better temperature control. Wireless Programmble Thermostats give the same programming flexibility as conventional Digital Programmable Thermostats.
