FAMCO Back Draft Damper in Connecting Sleeve. Opens with Normal Air Flow - Closes with Gravity. No Springs or Metal Hinges. Available Sizes 4" thru 20".
Ideal Back Draft Damper for Air Exhaust, Fresh Air Intake, Heat Exchangers and other Air Duct applications.
 
Butterfly Damper Plates open due to duct air pressure. The plates are inset into the connecting sleeve at a 10 deg angle which causes them to fall closed in the absence of duct air pressure.
