TC1 SERIES THERMOSTAT PRODUCT FEATURES
Precise Temperature Control
- Room temperature is maintained within +/- 1F of set-point.

Operating differential, cycling rates, and time delays are adjustable.

Smart Sensing logic keeps the temperature at the selected set-points without overlapping the Heat/Cool settings.

Temperature may be displayed as set-point or actual room temperature.
Auto or Manual Heat/Cool System Change-over
May be placed in manual or auto Heat/Cool system change-over mode.
Auto Fan Speed Change-over
Auto Fan position will automatically change fan speeds. When room temperature is 4 degrees F from set-point, the fan will operate at High speed and drop to Low speed when within 2 degrees F of set-point.
Adjustable Comfort Levels
Temperature Hi and Low limits can be set so temperature does not exceed the selected range.
Adjustable Soft Stop Limits -
Adjustable temperature set-points designed to cycle the system on/off during periods when the heating and cooling is not required. Helps to prevent mold, mildew, and odors from developing.
Occupied / Unoccupied Modes - SEE S-PIR-WL1 MOTION SENSOR
Control can automatically switch into either mode via remote sensing by motion detectors, timers, door switches, etc.
Fresh Air Capability
Fresh Air dampers are opened for selected amounts of time to supply required fresh air cfm as outlined by ASHRAE standards.
